Tammy is an award-winning strategic business leader, leadership consultant and executive coach. During her career Tammy has led a profitable multi-million pound business as a Managing Director, facilitated boardroom discussions on an International basis, coached executive leaders, and designed and delivered large people focused initiatives.

In the last 10 years she has been nominated for and won 10 major industry awards for her client work. As Managing Director she also took her first company to the National Business Awards finals as ‘Employer of the Year’.

Tammy now works with leaders, and the individuals within an organisation tasked with developing leaders, to help them be their best.

Her coaching specialisms include Executive coaching, career coaching, transition coaching, fast tracking potential and imposter feelings. She has a special interest in burnout prevention for senior executives, and teaches emotional intelligence at several UK business schools.
