A self-paced, CPD-accredited short course designed to help coaches recognise, understand, and support neurodivergent burnout. Created as a powerful companion to the Balanceology Certified Burnout Coach Programme.

Could neurodivergence be the missing piece in your understanding of client burnout?
Maybe this sounds familiar:
-
You’re noticing clients who are overwhelmed, struggling to focus, or withdrawing, but it’s not clear why
-
You’re wondering if neurodivergence might be in the mix, but don’t feel confident to explore it
-
You want to hold a neuroinclusive space without making assumptions or stepping outside your coaching role
-
You’re aware that burnout looks different for different neurotypes, but haven’t been taught how to spot the signs
-
You want to coach with compassion, curiosity and inclusivity, but you’re not sure where to begin

What if instead you could:
-
Understand how masking, sensory overload, and executive functioning challenges contribute to burnout
-
Spot subtle, often-missed signs of burnout in neurodivergent clients
-
Adapt your coaching tools and language to be more accessible and identity-affirming
-
Learn how hormonal shifts, chronic pain, sleep disruption and rejection sensitivity may also be playing a part
-
Offer safer, more spacious coaching that supports nervous system regulation and self-trust
You don't need to freeze when you encounter the topic of neurodivergent burnout
You do need awareness, tools, and the willingness to adapt with care – as well as an understanding of when to refer.
That’s why I created this short course - to equip you with exactly that.
You’ll learn:
-
What neurodivergence is - and what it’s not
-
How burnout manifests differently across common neurotypes (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more)
-
The role of masking, sensory overload, executive functioning fatigue, and rejection sensitivity dysphoria
-
How hormonal changes (like menopause and andropause) intersect with neurodivergent burnout
-
How to adapt your coaching presence, pace and practices to support recovery
-
What inclusive, neuro-affirmative coaching looks and sounds like
You’ll also gain:
-
A downloadable course PDF
-
Optional journalling reflections
-
A certificate of completion with 4 ICF CCEUs (pending)

Jayne Morris MCC’s short course on neurodivergent burnout is essential learning for anyone serious about supporting neurodivergent professionals. Her insights completely reframed how I understand burnout, not exclusively as overwork, but as nervous system dysregulation with far-reaching impacts on cognition, emotion, and wellbeing.
One of the most powerful takeaways was how often burnout stems from environments that were never designed with neurodivergent needs in mind. From masking and sensory overload to executive function strain and internalised shame, Jayne unpacked the invisible pressures that so many neurodivergent individuals face daily, and the practical steps leaders and coaches can take to reduce them.
This course isn’t just informative, it’s transformative. Jayne provides actionable strategies to create safer, more inclusive spaces and to reduce cognitive load in meaningful ways. If you want to retain and truly support neurodivergent talent, start here.

Hi, I'm Jayne Morris
I’m an Executive Burnout Coach and Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC), with nearly two decades of experience working at the intersection of burnout and holistic wellbeing. As founder of Balanceology and author of Burnout to Brilliance, I’ve supported leaders, creatives, medics, teachers, and change-makers to recover from burnout and reconnect with themselves.
I created this course because burnout isn’t one-size-fits-all - and neither is recovery. Neurodivergent burnout is real, often missed, and deeply misunderstood. I’m passionate about changing that.

Your next step starts here.
If you want to coach with deeper inclusivity, greater presence and more compassion around neurodivergence, this short course is your invitation.
