Ever feel like words aren’t quite enough?

Maybe this sounds familiar:

  • Your client’s words are polished - but their jaw is tight, their breath shallow, and the room feels heavy. Something’s stuck, and it’s not in the script.

  • You notice a flicker of tension, a frozen posture, or a restless leg - but you’re unsure whether to name it, follow it, or let it pass.

  • Your gut says the body is speaking - through held breath, hunched shoulders, or sudden stillness—but you haven’t been shown how to listen safely.

  • You’ve heard of somatic coaching - tracking breath, movement, and nervous system cues - but it still feels mysterious, maybe even off-limits.

  • You want to coach with deeper attunement - reading the whole person, not just their words - without crossing into therapy.

What if instead you could:

  • Understand the role of the nervous system in burnout, stress, and emotional regulation

  • Notice somatic cues with more clarity and confidence

  • Use ethical, trauma-aware tools to support your client’s embodied awareness

  • Know when (and when not) to invite the body into the session

  • Coach with deeper presence, safety, and spaciousness

You don’t need to be a therapist to use somatic coaching well.

You do need solid foundations, practical tools, and a grounded understanding of what belongs in the coaching space.

That’s what this course offers – an overview of the key fundamentals.
