"Burnout Has Reached Unprecedented Levels"
Jayne Morris MCC - Founder of Balanceology, Author of Burnout to Brilliance, Programme Creator and Lead Trainer

I need to share something with you
You’re a brilliant coach. And still, burnout can be tricky to spot.
It wears many masks and often hides behind overperformance.
That’s why I created this course. So that you have a trusted space to build your competence and confidence, at your own pace.
You deserve that – and so do your clients.
Recent studies indicate that 91% of UK adults experienced high pressure or stress at some point over the last year. Many professionals in the UK, USA and Europe are on the brink of burnout. The percentage of C-suite executives burning out is a staggering 70%. Inevitably, this means that burnout is finding its way into the coaching space.
“Are you sensing burnout in your clients, but not sure how to safely explore it?”
Maybe this sounds familiar:
-
You’re noticing more and more clients feeling depleted, stuck, and “meh”.
-
You’re trained to keep moving toward goals, but something deeper feels necessary to explore and you feel underprepared to support them.
-
You feel unsure how to ethically and effectively coach clients experiencing burnout.
-
You’ve read about burnout, but lack confidence in knowing how to bring that knowledge into the coaching space without going into advice giving.
-
You worry about saying the wrong thing or doing harm when burnout comes up.
-
You want to be able to coach around burnout with confidence and care, but haven’t been shown how.
-
You wish you had a framework or toolkit for burnout coaching.

What if instead, you could:
-
Spot the subtle signs of burnout before your clients hit a wall.
-
Confidently support clients with burnout using an ethical approach, unique to each individual.
-
Feel equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to navigate conversations arising around complex burnout cases, including signposting appropriately and seeking appropriate supervision.
-
Understand how burnout shows up somatically and systemically.
-
Competently stay in your lane as a coach.
-
Have clarity around your role and boundaries when burnout shows up in coaching
-
Articulate the signs, symptoms, and root causes of burnout with ease.
-
Know how to reconnect clients with their inner resources and resilience.
-
Have the ability to empower your clients to align with energy, purpose, and possibility.

Hi, I'm Jayne Morris
I’m a Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC), the UK’s Leading Executive Burnout Coach, author of Burnout to Brilliance: Strategies for Sustainable Success, and founder of Balanceology. I’ve created this course to empower you to confidently support your clients as they navigate burnout, using the same combination of super powerful tools that I use in my own coaching practice. As a seasoned professional coach, I am an Associate Board Member of the UK ICF, Fellow Level Member of the AC and EMCC Master Coach.
I bring a unique, integrative approach to burnout recovery, blending coaching with modalities including Integrative Art Psychotherapy, NLP, Transactional Analysis, Functional Fluency, and embodied practices drawn from over 20 years in martial arts (I hold three black belts). My work is also deeply informed by neuroscience, and I understand how factors such as neurodiversity, menopause, andropause, grief, loss, and other midlife collisions can contribute to burnout.
With nearly two decades of experience, I’ve supported leaders, creatives, and changemakers to recover from burnout and reconnect with clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose. This course draws upon everything I’ve learned, and it’s here to support you in doing the same for your clients.

This is your space to grow.
If you’re ready to feel equipped - not overwhelmed - when burnout enters your coaching space, this is for you.
It’s flexible, grounded, and full of tools you’ll use again and again.

Fantastic!!! You provide such a wonderful space to feel the content - make sense of the theories - ensure learning and self reflections. I have got so much more than I ever imagined. It has equipped me to work even more confidently, ethically, and compassionately with senior clinicians and healthcare leaders who are navigating exhaustion and overwhelm.
Paula Furmedge, Coach to Senior Clinicians

Thank you for this amazing experience! It was a great journey and I highly recommend Balanceology Burnout Course to any professional coach who would like to develop in the area of helping clients prevent/recover from burnout and thrive!
Ewa Terlikowska, Burnout & Resilience Coach
If you are an experienced coach looking to better support your client with specific expertise around burnout, then look no further than the Balanceology programme. Additionally, if you are an experienced coach looking to strengthen and deepen your practice, working in the space of transformational coaching and enabling personal change for clients, this programme offers you a great deal to use in your wider coaching practice. For me, preparing for PCC, it was exactly what I needed to support that process too - working with more experienced coaches. In this respect, the live demos were particularly powerful for me. 100% recommended!
Tammy Day, Executive, Career & Team Coach
I had been circling around the topic of burnout for a while but didn’t feel ready to address it directly with clients - it’s such a complex issue with so much to consider. This course has given me the knowledge, skills, and tools to confidently support my clients in creating sustainable strategies for success. I now believe that burnout isn’t inevitable — it can be prevented - and I’m excited to share my learning as widely as possible!
Louisa Daubney, Burnout & Time Design Coach
This course was brilliant and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to know more about supporting people who are experiencing stress and overwhelm. I have learnt so much and have additional tools to support my clients, helping them to either prevent burnout or during burnout recovery. Everyone on the course came with their own experience or understanding of burnout and it was a great learning environment. Thank you!!!
Marie Munro, Success Coaching
I found the course hugely interesting, and it will help me to better support clients - and myself - in moving beyond burnout. I was introduced to being more creative in coaching, which is something I had been keen to try. The focus on somatics was really useful, as I am someone who thinks a lot. There was a huge amount to learn and it will powerfully inform my practice going foward.
Jo Gibney, More Happi

I would definitely recommend this course! It provides incredibly rich and valuable content on the experience of burnout, how to identify and recover from it. The learning environment is engaging and positive, facilitated by skilled experts, in our case Jayne and Jo, who generously support all participants.
Caroline Laycock, Executive Coach

Having come from a place of burnout and with experience of coaching people on the edge, this course came at a perfect time for me. The hosting was so generous and warm, and the cohort was so wonderful. All I can say is thank you, to Jayne and Jo for your generosity, kindness and skill in creating such a beautiful space, and to the cohort for being so open and willing to allow ourselves to share and learn together. Pass the tissues.
Lisa Tyler, Beacon Coaching
What is Supervision?
If you are an executive coach, HR professional or leader as coach and you are encountering burnout presenting either in your private practice, internal work or external offerings, then it is imperative that you:
1
Equip yourself with sufficient knowledge, understanding and recognition of the complex contributing factors that can culminate in the experience of burnout.
2
Know how to signpost when your client brings mental or physical health issues into the coaching space that are beyond your capabilities and /or the professional boundaries of your ethical code of conduct as a coach
3
Have a formal and protected space to continuously develop and deepen your competencies as a coach
4
Critically self-reflect and have the opportunity to have your thinking challenged in a caring, compassionate and considered way
5
Understand the importance of self-sourcing and identify how to do this for yourself in a practical sense

This programme is designed for qualified coaches who want to deepen their understanding of burnout and feel more confident navigating it with clients. It is not unique to a single profession and is not only brought about due to occupational factors.
So this programme is not only for executive coaches?
Not at all. While many executive coaches do take the course, this training is designed for any qualified coach who wants to better support clients navigating burnout. Past participants have worked with medics, teachers, caregivers, creatives, founders - and even young people (yes, children and teens can experience burnout out too). Burnout doesn’t discriminate, and neither does this course. If you’re a coach who wants to meet burnout with more clarity, compassion and confidence, this programme is for you.
What makes this programme different from other burnout trainings?
This course goes far beyond surface-level strategies. It provides a thorough breakdown of how to meet ICF PCC level core competencies in relation to burnout coaching and takes a truly integrative approach - drawing on art psychotherapy, somatic techniques, neuroscience, and more. What sets it apart most is the depth of lived expertise behind it. Jayne is one of only a handful of coaches globally to have specialised in burnout for nearly two decades. As the UK’s leading Executive Burnout Coach, she has worked across sectors, guided thousands of clients, and developed a trauma-aware, nervous-system-informed approach that’s as compassionate as it is practical. This isn’t repackaged content - it’s the real deal, born from years on the frontlines of burnout recovery.
