I need to share something with you

You’re a brilliant coach. And still, burnout can be tricky to spot.
It wears many masks and often hides behind overperformance.

That’s why I created this course. So that you have a trusted space to build your competence and confidence, at your own pace.

You deserve that – and so do your clients.

Recent studies indicate that 91% of UK adults experienced high pressure or stress at some point over the last year.  Many professionals in the UK, USA and Europe are on the brink of burnout.  The percentage of C-suite executives burning out is a staggering 70%.  Inevitably, this means that burnout is finding its way into the coaching space.

“Are you sensing burnout in your clients, but not sure how to safely explore it?”

Maybe this sounds familiar:

  • You’re noticing more and more clients feeling depleted, stuck, and “meh”.

  • You’re trained to keep moving toward goals, but something deeper feels necessary to explore and you feel underprepared to support them.

  • You feel unsure how to ethically and effectively coach clients experiencing burnout.

  • You’ve read about burnout, but lack confidence in knowing how to bring that knowledge into the coaching space without going into advice giving.

  • You worry about saying the wrong thing or doing harm when burnout comes up.

  • You want to be able to coach around burnout with confidence and care,  but haven’t been shown how.

  • You wish you had a framework or toolkit for burnout coaching.

Stressed Man
Support Group Circle

What if instead, you could:

  • Spot the subtle signs of burnout before your clients hit a wall.

  • Confidently support clients with burnout using an ethical approach, unique to each individual.

  • Feel equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to navigate conversations arising around complex burnout cases, including signposting appropriately and seeking appropriate supervision.

  • Understand how burnout shows up somatically and systemically.

  • Competently stay in your lane as a coach.

  • Have clarity around your role and boundaries when burnout shows up in coaching

  • Articulate the signs, symptoms, and root causes of burnout with ease.

  • Know how to reconnect clients with their inner resources and resilience.

  • Have the ability to empower your clients to align with energy, purpose, and possibility.

Master the art of burnout coaching without the overwhelm

This training qualifies you as an ICF Accredited Burnout Coach, helping you differentiate yourself in the marketplace, whilst giving you robust support to deepen your coaching practice and expand your professional skill set.

Hi, I'm Jayne Morris

I’m a Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC), the UK’s Leading Executive Burnout Coach, author of Burnout to Brilliance: Strategies for Sustainable Success, and founder of Balanceology. I’ve created this course to empower you to confidently support your clients as they navigate burnout, using the same combination of super powerful tools that I use in my own coaching practice.  As a seasoned professional coach, I am an Associate Board Member of the UK ICF, Fellow Level Member of the AC and EMCC Master Coach.

I bring a unique, integrative approach to burnout recovery, blending coaching with modalities including Integrative Art Psychotherapy, NLP, Transactional Analysis, Functional Fluency, and embodied practices drawn from over 20 years in martial arts (I hold three black belts). My work is also deeply informed by neuroscience, and I understand how factors such as neurodiversity, menopause, andropause, grief, loss, and other midlife collisions can contribute to burnout.

With nearly two decades of experience, I’ve supported leaders, creatives, and changemakers to recover from burnout and reconnect with clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose. This course draws upon everything I’ve learned, and it’s here to support you in doing the same for your clients.

Thank you for this amazing experience! It was a great journey and I highly recommend Balanceology Burnout Course to any professional coach who would like to develop in the area of helping clients prevent/recover from burnout and thrive!

Ewa Terlikowska, Burnout & Resilience Coach

If you are an experienced coach looking to better support your client with specific expertise around burnout, then look no further than the Balanceology programme. Additionally, if you are an experienced coach looking to strengthen and deepen your practice, working in the space of transformational coaching and enabling personal change for clients, this programme offers you a great deal to use in your wider coaching practice. For me, preparing for PCC, it was exactly what I needed to support that process too - working with more experienced coaches. In this respect, the live demos were particularly powerful for me. 100% recommended!

Tammy Day, Executive, Career & Team Coach

I had been circling around the topic of burnout for a while but didn’t feel ready to address it directly with clients - it’s such a complex issue with so much to consider. This course has given me the knowledge, skills, and tools to confidently support my clients in creating sustainable strategies for success. I now believe that burnout isn’t inevitable — it can be prevented - and I’m excited to share my learning as widely as possible!

Louisa Daubney, Burnout & Time Design Coach

This course was brilliant and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to know more about supporting people who are experiencing stress and overwhelm. I have learnt so much and have additional tools to support my clients, helping them to either prevent burnout or during burnout recovery. Everyone on the course came with their own experience or understanding of burnout and it was a great learning environment. Thank you!!!

Marie Munro, Success Coaching

JoGibney_edited.png

I found the course hugely interesting, and it will help me to better support clients - and myself - in moving beyond burnout. I was introduced to being more creative in coaching, which is something I had been keen to try. The focus on somatics was really useful, as I am someone who thinks a lot. There was a huge amount to learn and it will powerfully inform my practice going foward.

Jo Gibney, More Happi

I would definitely recommend this course! It provides incredibly rich and valuable content on the experience of burnout, how to identify and recover from it. The learning environment is engaging and positive, facilitated by skilled experts, in our case Jayne and Jo, who generously support all participants.

Having come from a place of burnout and with experience of coaching people on the edge, this course came at a perfect time for me. The hosting was so generous and warm, and the cohort was so wonderful.  All I can say is thank you, to Jayne and Jo for your generosity, kindness and skill in creating such a beautiful space, and to the cohort for being so open and willing to allow ourselves to share and learn together. Pass the tissues.

Testimonials
from previous participants

I completed the Balanceology Burnout Coaching certification this year. I was already working with people affected by stress and burnout as a coach, but this course has really improved my confidence in my ability to work effectively and ethically with people at all stages from prevention to recovery. The course included heaps of insight and inspiration on different ways of working, as well as information about the latest understanding of burnout. The course also included supervision, coaching demos, peer practice, toolkits and opportunities for powerful personal reflection as well – in a way that has positively impacted not only my coaching practice but other areas of my life and work too. The course tutors, Jayne and Jo are lovely, and my peer cohort has since formed an ongoing active and supportive community.

Christina Gillett, Coach.

Even after years of doing inner work, the Balanceology Burnout Coach course brought up fresh, unexpected insights that truly shifted something deep in me. One exercise in particular helped me uncover an old belief I’d been carrying - that I had to justify my very existence. The space Jayne created made it possible for me to meet that part of myself with compassion and acceptance. It was powerful and healing in ways I didn’t anticipate.
Another standout moment was around life purpose. I’ve spent years trying to find the right way to support clients in this area - and Jayne’s teaching finally unlocked it for me. The way she layered a purpose framework with a future-visioning exercise helped me see the thread I’d been searching for, personally and professionally. It was one of those golden nuggets that immediately becomes a permanent part of your toolkit.
If you’re considering this course - whether for your own healing, your coaching practice, or both - I can’t recommend it highly enough. It will take you deep, and you’ll come out of it not just more equipped as a coach, but more grounded in yourself.

Phil Lunt, Burnout & Neuroscience Coach

I have loved doing this programme!  Even through the self-study route, Jayne’s delivery and the inclusion of live demo videos makes the course feel engaging and supportive.  The depth of content and quality of resources offer a valuable structure to navigate the complexities of a client’s burnout with clarity and empathy, whilst maintaining the ethical boundaries of coaching.
One of the most powerful insights for me was the reframe of burnout as an opportunity – a chance for clients to pause, reassess their values and realign in an authentic and life-giving way.  The ‘burnout to brilliance’ model is full of hope and feels like a natural fit for person-centred coaching. It provides a very practical sense of progression, but with the flexibility to respond to the individual client and their needs.
I’ve come away with a wealth of new tools to add into my existing toolkit.  The explanation and modelling of these has made it easy to integrate them into practice and I’m already seeing the impact for my clients.  I particularly valued the embodied techniques.  I love working in an embodied way with clients, so learning techniques specifically relevant to burnout has been a highlight.  The content on energy (and how to talk about it with clients) was also invaluable, helping me move beyond vague phrases like “I’ve lost my mojo” to something more grounded and coachable.
This training has increased my confidence and expanded my toolkit as a coach.  Even though it is online and self-paced, there is a humanity, warmth and authenticity to it.  I have benefited hugely from completing it and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking to support others navigating burnout with depth, compassion and hope.

Katy Servanté  - Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach

This programme has been genuinely transformational - for my practice, my confidence, and my clients. I came into it expecting some helpful tools and strategies for working with burnout, particularly in school leadership, but what I found was far deeper.
Jayne’s approach invited me into spaces of reflection I hadn’t expected. The depth we explored - somatic awareness, art-based tools, limiting beliefs, sustainable endings - challenged and expanded how I think, feel, and coach. I used to give more attention to the beginning of a coaching journey than the end. Now, I understand the departure is just as important: equipping clients to carry what they’ve gained into the bumps and turns that life will inevitably bring.
There were countless ‘aha’ moments throughout.  This programme has helped me reconnect to my own sense of purpose. I’m clearer on the impact I want to have: helping clients avoid burnout altogether - not just recover from it. I’ve already begun delivering workshops in schools and feel equipped to grow this work further.
It’s rare to find CPD that shifts not just what you do, but who you are becoming in the work. That’s what this programme offered me.

Frances Robertson, Headsconnect

Completing the Balanceology Burnout Coach CPD Training Programme was an incredibly rich and revitalising experience. Jayne brings a unique blend of deep intuition, unwavering integrity, and genuine care that creates a space for transformation, not just learning. The cohort I joined was inspiring, and the atmosphere of support and authenticity made it easy to show up as myself - something that helped me shift long-held feelings of imposter syndrome in the role of a coach.
The course content was outstanding - practical, insightful, and full of depth. I’ve set time aside just to revisit the online materials because there’s so much value packed in. More than that, Jayne and her co-facilitator Jo Reeves role-model what it means to hold space: inclusive, warm, and grounded in real human connection.
Since completing the programme, I’ve moved into meaningful new work supporting community engagement in architecture, alongside which, I’m building the foundations of my own coaching practice. The confidence and clarity I’ve gained from Balanceology are playing a big part in that journey.
In a fast-moving world, it’s rare to find points of true stability, purpose, and support. Jayne and the Balanceology team offer just that. Whether you’re coaching neurodivergent clients, supporting women, or navigating burnout and purpose in a high-pressure world - this course gives you the tools, community, and mindset to do it well.
I can’t recommend Balanceology highly enough. If you’re thinking about joining, don’t hesitate - it could be the most grounding and expansive decision you make this year

Doug Stewart

I am incredibly grateful to have been part of this wonderful cohort. This programme was a powerful, insight-rich journey that has truly expanded how I show up as a coach.
A huge thank you for holding such an empowering space and guiding us through the process. Your knowledge, presence, and genuine care made all the difference.
I finished the programme not only with a certification, but with a renewed sense of purpose and confidence to support clients through burnout with expertise and care.
So proud to now be an ICF Accredited Certified Burnout Coach!  Highly recommend.

Agata Kalinowska, Executive Coach

Thank you for a truly inspirational, educational and empowering certification and learning experience -  I feel deeply moved and weightily equipped.
Julia Kerr Henkel, MD Lumminos Coaching

I have learned more about the journey towards burnout, as well as recovery from it. Notably, how burnout sneakily conceals itself as illness or injury or other seemingly 'explainable' isolated events, but when you scratch the surface, you realise are really the manifestation of being over extended for too long.

I have also loved discovering more somatic tools (i.e. listening to the body's quiet messages) and creative methods which can help to unpack how people truly are, despite what we may tell ourselves in order to help us keep going.

Laura Wyatt-Smith, Executive Coach

I'm proud to have successfully completed the Balanceology Certified Burnout Coach CPD training programme.  Jayne Morris MCC and Jo Reeves PCC were brilliant facilitators with a compassionate, authentic, wise, generous approach, sprinkled with joy and humour throughout. Learnt loads, looking forward to learning loads more. I’m weirdly slightly envious of your September cohort that they have all this to come. Having walked this road myself, I am seeing more and more public sector people dancing at the edges of burnout, working in unsustainable ways, in unsustainable and increasingly inhumane systems, where the only option seems to be to keep on gearing up, gritting your teeth, working longer, ignoring the needs of your body and mind, until eventually there is no choice but to stop, broken, usually at a time and for a duration that is not of your choosing.
Sarah Clein, Public Sector Coach

This was so much more than just another ICF accredited course (and those are awesome!), and so much more than giving us the skills to support people facing burnout. Led by the brilliant Jayne Morris MCC and Jo Reeves PCC, the programme explored the neuroscience of burnout, trauma-informed approaches, and how to coach ethically and effectively in this increasingly relevant space.  This course has real soul and depth and has been so skilfully and thoughtfully put together. I have so valued the opportunity to be with this amazing group of talented, thoughtful, courageous and embodied women to spend time immersed in this vital and life changing topic. I've lived personal experience of burnout, many times throughout my life, and this course has also been incredible personally for which I am very grateful. Thank you SO much.

Katy Draper, Coach to Senior Healthcare Professionals

What a blast! This has been the most enriching course! So many tools, models, insights, reflections… Lots of stimulus for real world CPD and application that was trauma-informed, neuroscience based...the stuff that really gets you thinking!! (Especially as burnout is so prevalent and awareness is so essential in the coaching space).

I attended this coach development programme after Inspired Mindset Ltd partnered with Balanceology in January, where Jayne delivered an excellent 2-day Burnout Fundamentals course for us.  This was such a valuable stand alone course in it's own right (with 10 ICF CCE Units) but it also proved from personal experience to be a great launch pad into Balanceology's full ICF accredited programme (64 ICF CCE units).
Julie Bricknall, Inspired Mindset

The training itself was rich: neuroscience-based, trauma-informed, and expertly curated.
It offered powerful insights, creative tools, and deep practice - held in safe, generative containers.  This transformative experience went far beyond my expectations. It was enriched by the generous sharing and co-creation of the wonderful Cohort.  This training adds powerful depth to my work with purpose-led founders, changemakers, and high performers navigating burnout, recovery, and sustainable success.  Having experienced burnout firsthand, I’m on a mission to create healthier, more human environments and systems — one person, one place, one system at a time - where wellbeing fuels performance, creativity, and sustainable success.
