This practical short course explores how ADHD traits and attentional networks interact with burnout.

You’ll discover:

  • What ADHD is (and what it’s not): dimensional traits, not fixed categories

  • Why dopamine and norepinephrine matter in attention, emotion and motivation

  • How executive dysfunction, emotional dysregulation and rejection sensitivity increase burnout risk

  • The ‘Coast → Cane → Collapse’ cycle that so many clients unknowingly live in

  • The role of masking, hyperfocus, perfectionism and “people pleasing” in draining cognitive and emotional resources

  • Why traditional burnout tools don’t always work for ADHD profiles and how to adapt with care

Here's what's included:

Self-paced access to the 2.5 hour training video

Journal prompts for deeper reflection

Downloadable slide deck for easy reference

4 ICF CCEUs (pending approval)

 Certificate of Completion

12 months' access to the course materials

Who is this course for?
