NQual Endorsed Training Centre
A self-paced, CPD-accredited advanced training for qualified coaches. Designed to deepen your understanding of the neuroscience behind transformation, this course bridges brain science, psychology, and coaching in a clear, coach-friendly way.
Ever wonder why coaching works - or doesn’t?
Maybe this sounds familiar:
→ Your client wants to change, but keeps slipping back into old patterns
→ You’re using great coaching tools, but feel unsure why some work and others don’t
→ You suspect something deeper is going on in the brain, but don’t know how to explore it
→ You’re curious about neuroscience but find the jargon overwhelming
→ You want to feel more confident, ethical, and evidence-informed in your work
What if instead, you could:
→ Understand the brain’s role in decision-making, behaviour change, and stuckness
→ Recognise and support clients in states of threat, overwhelm, or avoidance
→ Use practical tools that support neural integration and subconscious rewiring
→ Bring evidence-based insights into your coaching conversations
→ Facilitate deeper, more sustainable transformation, for real-life results

Let’s talk science - and how it meets human transformation.
This course gives you a deep but accessible dive into the neuroscience of change. No fluff. No overwhelm. Just grounded, practical insight into how the brain shapes behaviour - and how coaching can support meaningful, lasting transformation.

Hi, I’m Phil Lunt.
I’m a transformational coach with a “healthy obsession” for making brain science usable and practical in the coaching world.
After a successful but exhausting chapter in the hospitality industry, I found myself deep in chronic fatigue. What followed was a decade-long journey into the neuroscience of stress, burnout and recovery. Today, I teach, coach, and support others using the tools I wish I’d had sooner.
I hold a BSc in Science and Education, an MSc in The Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health, and I’m trained in Voice Dialogue, Belief Clearing and EFT.
I also live in the countryside with my wonderful family - including a particularly wriggly boxer and a three-legged French bulldog.

Here's what's included:
12 in-depth recorded tutorials
Optional journal reflections
Downloadable slide deck for easy reference

40 ICF CCEUs (pending approval)
Self-paced structure
12 months access (lifetime if a member of the Coach Hub)
Certificate of completion
What others are saying:
Phil has a very calm presence and is a fantastic presenter. The sessions consistently demonstrate extensive levels of research, which he delivers with great expertise” L. Norman, Retreat Centre Owner
"This course completely shifted how I understand transformation. Neuroscience felt daunting before - but Phil’s teaching made it clear, accessible, and incredibly relevant to my coaching. I now have practical ways to explain what’s happening in my clients’ brains and tailor my approach with more empathy and impact. The section on memory reconsolidation alone was worth the investment." Dr. Maya Khan, Executive Coach
"I’ve done plenty of CPD - but this is the first course that connected the dots between science, psychology, and real-world coaching practice. The content is rich, grounded, and full of insight. I find myself returning to the modules again and again. I now feel better equipped to help clients shift deeply held patterns, rather than just talk about them." Tom Reilly, Career & Transition Coach
"What I loved most about this course was how human it felt. It’s not just about neurons and networks, it’s about understanding what people need in order to feel safe enough to change. The material helped me slow down, attune more deeply, and hold space for clients who are stuck in survival mode. I can already see the difference in my sessions." Lisa Rowe, Burnout & Resilience Coach
