Sarah has a track record as a successful senior leader in Local Government, NHS and Government. She is a credentialed coach with experience of coaching at executive leadership levels in a range of public sector organisations. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator, having delivered public sector leadership development and women into leadership programmes over the last 10 years.

Sarah was trained to use a coaching and mentoring approach within her public sector career in within internal NHS and local government schemes. She trained for three years to practice as a counsellor, before qualifying as a coach in 2019.

Sarah has also worked with a number of neurodivergent adults, most of whom work in the public sector, as part of an access-to-work scheme offering coaching and was herself confirmed as AuDHD in her early 50s. She works as a business mentor for new coaches who are developing their coaching businesses.
