Jo is an experienced coach and coach tutor, with a passion for women’s development and transformational change interventions. Having built her foundations in the voluntary sector working in substance misuse and addiction within shared care and criminal justice settings. Published expert in Psychologies magazine, Women & Home magazine, workingmums.co.uk, and most recently People Management Magazine. Regular featured expert on BBC radio. UN Women UK community member and delegate. Jo holds a PG Cert in Business and Personal Coaching and is currently studying for a Diploma in ADHD and Neurodivergence Coaching.

A proud Brummie, Jo and her family live close to a well-known chocolate factory and love nothing more than a weekend stomp up a hill followed by a bar or two of dairy milk! Jo loves to go to as many live music gigs as possible, next gig being Orbital.
