I am an ICF accredited coach (ACC) with over 25 years of experience in the banking and consultancy sectors, as well as coaching individuals from across a broader range of sectors. I am passionate about driving people transformation, leadership development, and cultural change within organisations. During my time at Lloyds Banking Group, I led programmes in emerging talent strategy, executive coaching, and organisational culture. This made me very aware of the impact of coaching on individuals and their career growth which led me to transition into coaching full time and follow my passion.

I provide leadership and career coaching to clients at various stages of their careers, to facilitate transformative career transitions and leadership growth. I am deeply committed to empowering individuals at transitional stages in their career, to unlock their full potential and achieve their career aspirations.

I am a mum to two teenagers and a crazy golden retriever!
