Fun Fact
Helen has an MA in Film Studies! She is obsessed with classic black-and-white films—there’s nothing like an old Hollywood movie to help her unwind. And when she really needs to reset, she heads straight for the water—swimming is Helen's therapy!
Helen Rimmer
Associate Coach
Helen is a kindness and wellbeing coach, leadership mentor, and the founder of The Kind Brave Leader. After 20+ years in senior leadership, Helen hit burnout—hard. Her values no longer aligned with her work, and she realised she wasn’t alone. Too many brilliant people are struggling in workplaces that prioritise productivity over people.
That’s why Helen does what she does now—helping leaders and their team members make work better. She supports organisations to create workplaces that are human, sustainable, and successful without sacrificing wellbeing. Through coaching, leadership development, and training, Helen helps leaders and their people build confidence, connection, and resilience—so they thrive, not just survive.
Helen is also the author of The Kind Librarian, a book about leading with kindness and creating positive workplace cultures—principles that apply far beyond libraries.
Work can be better. It starts with how we lead, support our team members, and show up for each other.
