From managing private client investment portfolios in the City of London to leading two bank branches, Frances' early career focused on strategy and leadership. Her real drive though was, and still is, that of developing people. This led her to training, where she earned a "Train the Trainer" qualification. After redundancy, she retrained and transitioned into education.

As a Headteacher in two schools, Frances led strategic improvements, staff development, and organisational growth. Now, she coaches senior education leaders and facilitate ECT and NPQ programmes, helping them to grow and develop.

Frances has published articles in education journals and led workshops on topics such as wellbeing, burnout, metacognition and working memory. These have been for school staff, young people and PGCE students.
Frances has experience of developing individuals in both the corporate and public sector. Her driver is to provide her clients with the tools for them to achieve their goals.
