Working closely with Jayne, she supports the day-to-day operations of the business, coordinating projects, managing systems and processes, overseeing programme administration, and helping bring new ideas and initiatives to life. Marie is also involved in marketing and communications, helping to ensure that our resources, training programmes and events are delivered with professionalism, care and attention to detail.

Known for her calm, organised and supportive approach, Marie brings together operational excellence with creativity and genuine care for the people we serve. Her ability to balance structure with flexibility helps create a seamless experience for clients, partners and members of the wider Balanceology community.
