Ffion Rees Hughes

Fun Fact

My name, Ffion, means foxglove. People see delicate tubular bells and perhaps a little magic. What many don't realise is that foxglove can start or stop the heart, and is used in cardiac medicine to restore rhythm. I love that nature brought me full circle: as a burnout coach, helping people reconnect with purpose and passion. Maybe my name was trying to tell me something all along.

Ffion Rees Hughes

Associate Coach

Ffion Rees is an Executive and Burnout Coach who knows what it takes to lead well, and what it costs when something has to give.

With 20 years of senior leadership behind her and her own burnout recovery in 2021, she brings something rare: the commercial sharpness of someone who has operated at the highest levels, and the human depth of someone who has done the inner work to understand why it matters.

Her coaching is transformational and trauma-aware, integrating neuroscience, nervous system intelligence, somatic tools, and positive psychology. She works at multiple levels — practical and embodied, cognitive and felt — creating spaces that are safe but stretching, and results that last.

Ffion holds the ICF Level 2 Business and Personal Coaching (Barefoot), is an ICF-certified Burnout Coach (Balanceology), and is trained in Coaching with the Nervous System in Mind (NeuroSmart).
