Coach Hub - Nuture Space

Like a garden of flowers, this space offers gentle care and nourishment, helping members feel held and supported as they explore themselves and their relationships with others. Together, we share and exchange “nutrients”- insights, encouragement, and connection - that sustain personal and professional growth. Rooted in community, the Nurture Space will cultivate flourishing, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging. 

Facilitated by Kelly Quinn, Self-Leadership and Embodiment Specialist and supported by Jayne Morris MCC, you will have the opportunity to explore how well you might be able to grow when provided with conditions that contain genuine love and care.  Please bring a pen/ pencil and paper, along with any additional art materials that you may feel inspired to bring, these may support spontaneous moments of integration that will be offered through options of drawing, writing, sculpting and other creative modalities.
